Program Business Growth The U.K.-based InsurTech has joined the Target Markets Program Administrators Association to strengthen its engagement with the U.S. delegated authority market. Send (London) has joined the  Target Markets Program Administrators Association (Wilmington, Delaware), an industry group focused on advancing delegated authority and program business in the United States. TMPAA promotes the development and success of program administrators, a growing segment of the property/casualty insurance industry. Send’s membership aligns with its efforts to support digital transformation among program administrators and strengthen its U.S. market presence. Andy Moss, Co-Founder and CEO, Send Technology Solutions. The company notes that delegated authority and program business are expanding globally, with North America seeing rapid growth in specialist administrators serving niche markets. Through its membership, Send aims to help modernize operations for these administrators and support improved value delivery to carrier partners and policyholders. This step extends Send’s presence in North America. Earlier in 2025, the company joined the Wholesale and Specialty Insurance Association, reflecting its focus on market engagement and underwriting innovation in the region. Anticipated Collaboration with Peers “Joining TMPAA is an important step in expanding our support for the U.S. market,” says Andy Moss, CEO and co-founder. “Program administrators are central to delivering tailored insurance solutions, and we see major opportunities to help them drive innovation and efficiency. Through TMPAA, we look forward to collaborating with peers, learning from their expertise, and ensuring the Send Insurance Platform continues to evolve with the needs of this vital sector.” Send states that its membership underscores a continued commitment to the program business community and the modernization of delegated authority underwriting.
