AI医疗落地场景众多,从医疗影像AI、智能辅诊,到AI+手术机器人、AI制药等,既往已催生多个热门赛道。但美国独角兽公司OpenEvidence、中国创新企业“零假设”等瞄准了一个具有巨大社会价值、也更接近商业化的的场景:循证(Evidence)。 在临床过程中,医生对于常见病、多发病通常能驾轻就熟,但面对疑难杂症、罕见病或前沿疗法时,往往需要从全球海量的医学文献、指南、临床试验进展中,快速精准地探寻证据,支持临床决策。因此,为其开发高质量的AI生产力工具,能够极大提高医生临床及科研效率。 10月20日,OpenEvidence完成2亿美元C轮融资,由Google Ventures领投。今年,这家定位为“医生AI副驾驶”的创业公司,快速完成了3轮融资,估值从年初的10亿美元飙升至60亿美元。科技巨头和明星风投持续加注,显示出海外资本对该赛道潜力的认可。 现阶段,国内也有多家企业在尝试打造医生AI生产力工具,成立于2019年的零假设,基于其在医学领域的多年积累,及对药企、医生的深入理解,走出了一条与OpenEvidence殊途同归的道路。 零假设创始人顾飞对36氪表示,“国内很多投资人把我们视为中国的‘OpenEvidence’,零假设的目标与其相似,但中国的医疗生态与美国不同,医生执业习惯、药品监管环境都有明显差异,因此在实现路径、产品设计、商业闭环打造等方面,需要以终为始,充分考虑C端医生、B端药企的需求。” 相比于美国,中国三甲医院医生的工作时长、繁忙程度普遍更高,对工具易用性与智能化程度要求高,“医生需要交互简单、最好能猜到需求、且交付准确全面的智能体,而非很复杂的检索系统”。此外,国内很多医生要同时兼顾临床、科研工作,角色划分不像海外医生那样清晰,“所以提供给医生的AI工具最好能无缝衔接这两个场景。” 顾飞认为,如果一开始就直接做C端,无论是数据积累,还是产品打磨,可能都很难达到头部专家拿来即用的要求。因此零假设选择了B端反哺C端、C端吸引B端的道路,即先切入对内容专业性、合规度要求高的头部药企,在为药企提供AI工具及服务的过程中,积累高质量的标注数据、迭代算法,再将2C的“KnowS”模型及智能体推向医生端。 对于AI医学工具而言,“幻觉”是致命的弱点,零假设通过一系列方法来提升引用证据的科学性,据顾飞介绍,“现阶段零假设已将幻觉率控制在‘专家可用级别’,低于1%。” 数据采集及治理方面,五年前,零假设即组建百人规模的兼职医生团队,对数据进行细致标注。更深、更细颗粒度的数据标注,是降低幻觉的第一道防线。 同时,其自建了垂类医学数据库及搜索引擎,当医生使用零假设时,并不直接启动联网搜索。而是在自建的、每日更新的垂类医学数据库内获得医学证据。该数据库包括文献、指南、全球医学会议数据、临床试验乃至优质学术自媒体内容等,以兼顾数据源的准、全、新。 另外,零假设构建了AI审核模型,在最终为医生提供答案前,该模型会对内容进行事实核查,以进一步降低幻觉。 在AI医疗领域深耕多年,顾飞认为,创业者在产品开发过程中,就需考虑完整的商业闭环。对于AI医学生产力工具类产品而言,医生是高频使用者,而药企是重要参与者和支付方,因此理解药企市场推广逻辑、核心痛点是关键。 通过多年与药企合作,零假设明确了多种商业路径:为药企提供“数字基建”,即用AI提升药企内部医学、市场、销售团队的内容生产和培训效率;为药企提供数字化营销推广服务等。顾飞介绍道,“现阶段零假设已进入超30家国内外头部药企的供应商体系,且其中大部分已是优选供应商资质。” 据介绍,随着国内业务模式的跑通,零假设已将目光投向欧洲、日本等海外市场,启动出海征程,其C端产品也将根据各国诊疗指南、医生习惯等进行深度本地化。 根据弗若斯特沙利文的预测,中国医药数字营销市场规模预计将2030年增至3568亿元,全球众多药企正在增加数字营销支出。市场需要能被医生认可、满足药企合规需求的专业AI医学工具,进一步提高医生诊疗和科研效率。 投资人观点: 荷塘创投董事总经理邱庆表示:零假设是荷塘创投在医学垂类AI应用领域的重要布局。零假设公司业务定位于中国医药市场中千亿级的药企营销费用支出,契合医保局监管下对基于临床证据的学术推广和高效医学信息传递的需求。公司在医疗垂类AI模型上拥有多年的打磨和积累,形成了先发优势和技术壁垒,搭建了精准AI医学搜索引擎,获得了多家知名企业的认可。创始人顾飞先生带领的核心团队对药企和医生需求有着深刻理解,已与Top 30 MNC药企和部分本土大药企建立深度合作和信任,订单已实现规模化和高复购率,并进入大部分MNC药企的优选供应商名单。荷塘创投认为,公司已进入B端业务和C端医生用户快速增长阶段,期待零假设早日成为中国及海外广受药企和医生欢迎的医学AI生产力工具。 国方创新合伙人韦亚光表示:我们长期关注医学领域的AI垂类应用,创新药械数智化营销和学术推广是未来投资的关注重点之一。零假设在这条艰难之路上打磨多年,利用AI压缩海量医学信息的能力,打造专业的医学Agent,解决医学工作者日常“循证”难题,也使建立全球医学交流互动社区成为可能。我们也看到了零假设在打通药企端与医生端创新链接的诸多可能性和巨大的潜在价值,期待他们真正构建出全新的创新药械商业化渠道,让创新药械的“最后一公里”变成“第一公里”。 元禾原点合伙人姜明达表示:作为零假设的种子轮投资方,元禾原点见证了其从创立至今,始终坚守“破解创新药械商业化难题”的初心。凭借这份执念,团队在专业学术与临床的深水区稳扎稳打,跨越众多技术关卡,打磨出一流产品。当 AI 浪潮席卷医疗健康领域,我们更加笃定:零假设凭借持续迭代的 AI 工具与深耕行业的专业服务,必将成为创新药械企业值得信赖的“共生伙伴”。因此,在本轮融资中,我们继续追加投资,期待与零假设继续携手,直面商业化这场硬仗,共同将行业中的“不可能”变成“新常态”。 本文由「海若镜」原创出品, 转载或内容合作请点击  转载说明  ;违规转载必究。
