Surfer’s platform uses language models, data analysis and AI to optimise content for search engines and AI assistants; the strategy is to plug this into Positive’s portfolio (marketing/CRM/data) and target the growing AI search optimisation market. The deal size is undisclosed but Positive’s revenue is expected to grow to €70 m in 2025. The acquisition positions Positive to lead in the evolving AI-search ecosystem and signals technology convergence of marketing tools, AI and search. Fireblocks Acquires Dynamic Fireblocks, a major digital-asset infrastructure platform, acquired Dynamic to extend its stack from institutional custody to consumer-facing wallet infrastructure. The strategy is to unite Findhelp’s referral network with Uno’s digital enrollment engine to streamline social care and benefits access.
