L'Essentiel Paris Depuis cinq ans, le marché des services bancaires dédiés aux professionnels connaît une profonde transformation grâce aux fintechs. La raison ? La plupart des établissements traditionnels proposent des offres "business" calibrées pour les PME de taille moyenne. Les indépendants paient donc très cher pour disposer d’un compte avec une carte et une série de services qu’ils n’utilisent pas, ou rarement. Outre cette cotisation, en moyenne de 30 à 60 euros par mois, ils se voient facturer des frais de tenue de compte ou des commissions de mouvement qui alourdissent encore la note. A revers de cette politique onéreuse, les néobanques (Fiducial Banque, Finom, HelloBank, Indy, Manager. one, Monabanq, N26, Qonto, Revolut, Shine, Vivid et Wallester) affichent des offres près de deux fois moins chères. "Certains établissements proposent même des comptes gratuits, mais facturent ensuite des services lorsqu’ils sont utilisés, comme la carte bancaire dont tous les indépendants n’ont pas besoin, ou l’encaissement d’un client via un lien Internet généré pour eux", précise Anna Meylacq, porte-parole du comparateur Panorabanques. Une panoplie d’avantages La cible privilégiée de ces nouveaux acteurs ? Les pros, de l’entrepreneur solo au patron d’une TPE, qui créent leur activité ou souhaitent changer d’établissement. Pour les attirer, les néobanques se sont adaptées et, contrairement aux banques traditionnelles, ont scindé leur offre en paliers, du plus basique au plus étoffé. "Chacune d’elles propose en moyenne deux à trois prestations dédiées aux indépendants et aux TPE, le pro peut donc choisir celle qui correspond le mieux aux besoins de son entreprise", précise Maxime Chipoy, président de Moneyvox. Pour une faible cotisation, voire gratuitement, le client a droit à une carte bancaire, parfois complétée par une carte virtuelle et une carte éphémère (à usage unique). En général, aucune commission de mouvements de compte n’est facturée ou bien seulement au-delà d’un nombre d’opérations mensuelles ou d’un montant de dépenses. Les forfaits supérieurs, plus chers, incluent davantage de services gratuits, ont des plafonds plus élevés, des frais par opération plus faibles et donnent accès à des cartes bancaires premium, assorties d’avantages. Ils permettent aussi d’autres opérations, comme le retrait d’espèces ou les paiements à l’étranger. Avec en plus, une panoplie d’avantages, variables selon les néobanques, comme du cashback, une rémunération du compte courant, un chéquier, la réception de paiements à distance via un site, la gestion multidevises… Emission de factures, notes de frais… Outre cette gamme bien calibrée, le deuxième atout des fintechs réside dans leur facilité d’utilisation, puisqu’il suffit de quelques clics pour ouvrir le compte courant d’une société. Ensuite, les pros gèrent toutes leurs opérations bancaires simples via une application dédiée sur smartphone. Pour leur faciliter la vie, les néobanques ont, en outre, développé une série d’outils très pratiques. Elles permettent ainsi d’émettre des factures depuis l’application ou le site, et de mettre en place des relances automatiques pour les clients qui ne les ont pas réglées. Il existe aussi des systèmes d’aide à la comptabilité ou à la gestion de notes de frais. Enfin, certaines fournissent un terminal maison de paiement électronique pour encaisser les clients ou proposent celui d’une fintech partenaire (Smile & Pay, SumUp, Zettle…) à moindre coût. Attention, avant de trouver chaussure à son pied, il faut d’abord faire un point précis sur ses besoins. A titre d’exemple, toutes les néobanques ne permettent pas d’encaisser des espèces ou des chèques. Même cas de figure si vous êtes en quête d’un financement pour un achat important (véhicule, machine…), puisque la plupart de ces établissements ne sont pas habilités à octroyer des crédits. Seuls quelques-uns ont signé des partenariats pour offrir cette option. Bon à savoir : avec ces établissements, il faut gérer sa trésorerie au cordeau, car les découverts y sont quasiment toujours prohibés. Enfin, ils proposent rarement des solutions d’épargne pour investir sa trésorerie. .
