不过,随着用户消费需求愈加多元、细化,在平台和商家集体拥抱AI的浪潮里,一些应用上的短板与隐忧也随之显现。 01.大厂竞逐AI导购 电商大促期间,挑选商品和比价已成为用户最痛苦最耗精力的环节;而 为了帮助用户提升检索效率,淘宝和京东都给站内搜索引入了大模型,推出了AI导购助手 。 淘天在今年“双11”发布会上一口气发布了6款AI导购应用;其中,提供品类推荐的“AI清单”、根据家庭照片提供软装建议的“拍立搭”,在淘宝直接搜索即可体验,“AI试穿”等导购应用目前还处于内测阶段,需邀请码才能使用。 图源:淘宝 “趣解商业”注意到,这些导购应用中 淘宝主推的是“AI万能搜”,将其直接放置在了一级入口 ,点进搜索框即可看到。体验后可以发现,淘宝的万能搜主打解决用户的一些复杂需求,多轮对话后推荐商品的同时会附上具体链接;对于一些专业程度较高的问题,万能搜的回答也相对谨慎,不会盲目推荐产品。 相比淘宝的万能搜, 京东的对话导购助手“京言”入口更加低调,需要在站内搜索后才能进入使用界面 。 “趣解商业”使用发现,面对一些例如涉及护肤、保健等专业度较高的问题,京言也可以基于京东站内的医药板块给出一些医用级商品推荐;问题结束后,京言也会给出更多功能上的细分需求引导用户继续提问。只不过,目前京言的语音识别功能仍显不足,转文字后标点符号断句仍有明显的错误。 图源:京东、淘宝APP截图 除了传统电商平台,内容电商平台如抖音,也在尝试用导购助手拓展流量入口。最近, 豆包已经会在回复中嵌入抖音商城商品链接 ;“趣解商业”发现,但凡是产品咨询或消费需求类的问题,都会触发抖音商城相关的链接。 据“36氪”报道,今年“6·18”期间抖音电商货架场景的GMV占比已经达到了50%,接下来抖音电商的年度战略是帮助商家增利减负。如今豆包有接近4000万的日活用户,无疑为抖音货架场打开了巨大的新交互入口。 值得一提的是, 基于生活助手的属性,豆包不会只推荐抖音电商的产品; 例如在问及“全平台最便宜的iPad时”,豆包会推荐用户关注补贴力度更大的京东。 AI导购高效的选品以及智能比价,的确能节省大量决策时间。不过,有不少网友提到,现在的AI导购智能程度还不达预期,“输入了一段提示词,让淘宝的AI万能搜从里面帮我筛选,它回复了一些店铺名,但推荐的链接和我的要求毫无关系。” 图源:小红书截图 此外, 也有不少用户担忧AI推荐里掺杂广告的可能性。 今年8月,淘宝刚推出AI万能搜时就有用户表示,能结合历史数据体验很不错,但广告如果夹杂在其中的话会极其难识别。 目前尚未有电商平台公开宣布对导购助手进行商业化 。最近有淘天内部人士对“硅基研究室”表示,C端导购产品未来肯定会有一定的商业化的空间,但需要等到成熟。“趣解商业”注意到,淘宝和京东的AI导购应用都处于探索初期,研发和宣传重点都放在性能和体验的提升上,短期内推荐掺杂广告的情况大概率不会出现。 02.“数字人”直播带货 除了帮助用户节省决策时间,电商平台也致力于用AI减少商家的运营成本。 早在大模型兴起之前,京东和阿里就曾尝试用虚拟主播带货,但碍于技术局限,虚拟主播与用户的交互深度始终有限;如今,在AI技术的加持下,“数字人”主播无论是外形还是口播能力都已经成长到与真人主播不相上下的水平。 百度电商在今年“6·18”期间就做了一场“罗永浩数字人”专场,GMV突破5500万元,罗永浩本人也发微博感慨“数字人效果把我自己都吓一跳”。 图源:微博截图 对于中小商家而言,数字人可以缓解用人成本高、员工流动性强的压力。京东此前数据称,在直播行业, 数字人成本仅为真人主播的十分之一 ,单个数字人生产成本从数万元已经拉低至两位数,较真人拍摄模式成本降幅超90%。此外, 数字人可以极大程度规避真人主播的个人行为风险,还可实现24小时不间断直播,填补深夜、凌晨等传统直播的空白时段。 今年“双11”前夕,百度优选开启了数字人专属会场,进一步升级数字人直播效果;京东发布了“数字人4.0”,核心模型JoyAI LiveHuman在推理速度和视频生成稳定性上都有明显提升,同时还将数字主播的应用边界拓展到了品牌代言、文旅宣传、赛事解说、客服辅助等电商之外的场景。 不过,也并不是所有用户都能坦然接受数字主播的“入侵”。有常刷短视频的用户表示,看视频就是为了感受人之间的情感流动,碰见AI主播总觉得很不真实,刷到就会退出;此外,还有不少用户吐槽数字人主播交互生硬、智能不足,不能更好的展示商品详情。 随着AI数字人与虚拟主播的广泛应用,行业也面临着新的规范与挑战;如何平衡技术创新与行业规范、保障消费者权益与推动行业发展,将成为行业面临的重要课题。 03.AI商品图真假难辨 除了虚拟主播,电商平台还为商家提供了丰富的AI创作工具。 今年上半年,阿里将“万相实验室”升级为生成式AI平台“万相营造”,依托淘宝星辰大模型实现视频一键生成、提取商品卖点并匹配高转化文案、智能直播剪辑等功能。 “趣解商业”使用发现,万相营造和豆包、通义万相、即梦等AI应用的文生图、文生视频功能有所重叠,相比之下, 万相营造定位和生成风格都更面向企业级电商从业者,特效和背景的选择只针对产品传播场景。 图源:万相营造截图 目前, 万相营造目前所有的生成都需付费,一张图消耗约6算力,一个视频消耗约60算力,50元可充值650算力 。万相营造目前在社媒平台上的讨论声量较小,很多从业者的讨论主要围绕豆包等免费生成工具,或是ComfyUI、即梦这类专业性较强的生图工具。 今年5月,快手也推出了针对电商从业者的AI生图工具Poify。截至目前,Poify的功能仍然免费开放,但生成速度相对缓慢,倘若需求量大则需要等待;和万相营造一样,Poify瞄准的也都是产品一键抠图、增加模特试穿这些日常使用痛点。 创作工具确实帮助从业者减轻了日常负担,但也有用户提到, 尽管AI生成文案和图片效率很高,但同质化严重 ,比如经常生成的AI促销文案模板化明显,难以体现品牌独特性,而且大部分图片和视频仍有真人感不足的问题,缺乏亲和力。 值得注意的是,AI产品图已经“入侵”到电商消费的各个品类。尤其是在服装品类,不少消费者吐槽商家用AI生成的产品图和实际产品货不对版。 图源:小红书截图 除了服装,一些家居用品、植物摆件商家也直接使用AI生图, 在商品详情页中,消费者根本看不到实物本身的样子 。有在淘宝上购买吊灯的用户表示,收到后才发现产品图是AI假图,实际色差极大,根本不适合在家中使用。 图源:小红书截图 值得注意的是,这些便捷的生图工具不仅商家在用,一些居心不良的消费者也在用。 “趣解商业”注意到, 如今有一些消费者会用AI生成的产品图片如发霉榴莲、破损的化妆品去找商家骗退款 。其实类似的骗术早就出现过,但当时修图工具使用门槛较高,商家遇到假图往往能识别出来;如今AI工具成熟,商家辨别难度增大,无形中也增加了与消费者之间的信任危机。 图源:小红书截图 艾媒咨询首席执行官兼首席分析师张毅认为,一旦这类将AI用于恶意“仅退款”的行为得不到及时遏制,不仅会破坏平台交易的公平性,还容易在群体中形成从众效应;长期来看,这将影响平台的管理成本、运营成本以及信用机制。 为了解决此类现象,各大电商平台今年也加强了AI内容治理;相关部门也联合发布《人工智能生成合成内容标识办法》 ,要求从今年9月起,服务提供者提供的生成合成服务应当按照要求对生成合成内容添加显式标识或在生成合成内容的文件元数据中添加隐式标识。 AI重构电商生态的同时,也带来信任与规范的争议;而随着平台、品牌、消费者和技术的共同推动,AI加持下的电商行业将迎来更加多元化、专业化和可持续的新阶段。
